Avant Garde Solutions in collaboration with International Wheat and Maize Improvement Center (CIMMYT) conducted a day full session on Seed Market Development. The top-level management of prominent seed companies spread all over Nepal was present during the training. The training focused on the dissimilation of research findings on Mystery Shopping, Retail Merchandising Audit, and Brand Health Study on OPV rice seeds and Hybrid Maize Seeds. Further, the training also focused on enhancing skills in Sales and Distribution, New Product Development, Pricing, Product Strategy, Marketing, Branding, and Promotion. It was a fruitful session and a great opportunity to work with different scientists and marketing professionals representing the Nepali Seed Industry.
