Avant Garde Solutions organized two days workshop on Development Project Evaluation to discuss current monitoring and evaluation models.
Likewise, the workshop included all the facets of the development research project. The workshop focused on topics like the design of the logical framework, project planning, monitoring & project cycle. In addition, the workshop highlighted the process of data analysis and project evaluation using the OECD/DAC approach. Lastly, the trainers organized a consultative discussion on the digitization of the M&E system.
Overall, the workshop provided the researchers and engineers the necessary theoretical knowledge on development evaluation and its applicability in practice.
