Behind every dataset lies the effort, precision, and dedication of our field team. At Avant Garde, the strength of our research lies in the field team behind the data. Our field researchers play a critical role in ensuring that the data we collect is accurate, reliable, and grounded in real-world contexts.
Our field team operates across all over the district of seven province of Nepal with over 400 locally embedded researchers. This wide presence allows to access diverse communities and deliver insights grounded in real-world contexts. The field team is thoughtfully structured based on the specific needs of each project, ensuring that every client is supported by a team purposefully built for their objectives. Whether conducting surveys, facilitating interviews, or supporting qualitative discussions, we ensure that every interaction is carried out with professionalism, ethical responsibility and cultural sensitivity.
Data collection is more than just a process, it requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate real-world challenges. At Avant Garde, we are committed to developing a strong and connected community of field researchers who feel aligned with both the organization and the work they do. Our field teams are trained to handle dynamic field conditions while maintaining consistency and quality across all stages of data collection. Their work forms the foundation upon which meaningful insights and informed decisions are built. Our field teams are well-trained and closely coordinated with supervisors to ensure efficient and consistent project execution on the ground.
We also place strong emphasis on recognition and appreciation, ensuring that the contributions of our field researchers are acknowledged in meaningful and consistent ways. This focus on engagement and development enables our researchers to perform with confidence, adaptability, and professionalism in diverse field conditions.
At Avant Garde Solutions, we recognize that strong insights begin with strong data, and strong data begins with the people who collect it.
